Payments can be made thru PayPal, check or money order. If payment is made by a check, your order will not be processed until the check has cleared the bank. If the check is returned, you will be charged a $30.00 fee. All money must be in U.S.Fund's only. Credit card payments can be made thru PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure way to send your payment.

After you submit your request and our research for your discount price is complete we will send you an invoice with descriptions and prices for your approval. When you're satisfied with your order, you'll be able to use paypal to make your payment. If you prefer not to use paypal you can send us your payment. Once payment is received we will then submit your order.

Returns and refunds must be authorized before it can be returned. We will not accept a return without an authorization number. All shipping and rush charges are not refundable. We do not pay return shipping for returned items. No returns or refunds on any type of attire, printed, personalized or custom items.  Please keep in mind, in order to keep our prices low, we special order most items. If the manufacturer makes a mistake, or the item is defective, it will be replaced at no cost to you.  If the item is damaged due to the carrier, then you must keep the box and the packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier, for you. All packages are shipped insured via UPS, DHL or USPS.
